Steel Structure Design &
Build
24+
years experience
ENCS designs, fabricates, and installs custom steel structures for industrial and commercial facilities — from large mezzanine floors and fire staircases to roof awnings, hand railings, steel doors, and heavy-duty shelving racks. All structures are drawn in-house using AutoCAD, fabricated at our own workshop, and installed by our own team.
Most steel contractors either design or fabricate — rarely both. ENCS does everything: AutoCAD design, in-house workshop fabrication, and on-site installation. That means one point of contact, tighter tolerances, and no gap between what was drawn and what gets built.

Design, fabricate, install all in-house
ENCS controls every stage of the structural steel process. No design-to-fabrication translation errors, no third-party delays.
01
Site assessment & AutoCAD design
Our engineers take site measurements and produce full AutoCAD structural drawings, accounting for load, span, access requirements, and authority submissions before any steel is cut.
02
In-house workshop fabrication
All steel sections are cut, drilled, welded, and finished in our own workshop, giving us direct quality control over every joint and weld before components reach site.
03
On-site installation & handover
Our installation team erects and fixes the structure on site, with supervision throughout. Bolted connections are torqued to spec, welds inspected, and the finished structure handed over with documentation.
