The Project
Reusing heat that was going to waste
One machine in the plant produces hot exhaust. Another machine needs heat to run. We fabricated and installed an insulated piping system that carries the exhaust heat from the first machine to the second, so the heat is put to work instead of being released.
The piping is fabricated by our team and wrapped in rockwool insulation to keep the heat in on its way across the plant. For the customer, that means a greatly reduced annual energy cost.
